Adults Only Magic Show.

Sam Hume and Justin Williams and their fellow Aussie and MC Magnus D. Magnus to entertain and deliver their internationally acclaimed Adults Only Magic Show after the nine pm watershed to bring a touch of adult magic entertainment to the Edinburgh Fringe.

Magnus starts the evening’s entertainment by explaining the themes of the show we are about to watch and prewarning us that there will be some nudity and strong language during the show. He then begins interacting with the audience and gets the auditorium warmed up ready for the magic to begin.

Magicians Justin and Sam offer a range of well-executed magic tricks and illusions. Using their sex appeal and abundance of innuendos to wow and entertain the audience. From a claustrophobic perspective, the straight jacket escape trick performed by Justin had me on the edge of my seat.

The rapport between Justin and Sam is the main reason that the show is successful. Their energy and timing keep the momentum of the show steady throughout. The addition of Magnus on stage, when there’s a stage change, keeps the energy peaked at all times.

There is audience participation as you’d expect from a magic show. They do warn you that not giving them eye contact will not save you from being chosen. Every audience member chosen during this performance seemed to be up for the challenge and enjoyed themselves.

Adults Only Magic Show is not designed for the faint of heart or anyone who is easily shocked. They do bare all on occasions and blend it all into the show when you least expect it. Offering a funny, raunchy and entertaining magic show, the perfect way to end your day at the Fringe.

If you are looking for a magic show that is slightly less revealing then why not their children’s version of the show which is performed earlier in the day.
