Comedy duo Chris Curran and Noah Matthews founding members of The Manchester Revue return to the Edinburgh Fringe for 2023 with their comedy show BISHOPS at the Gilded Balloon Patter Hoose.

Curran and Matthews have a seemingly effortless rapport on stage, where they’ve perfected all the cues and the delivery for the numerous mini-sketches worked through in the entertaining hour-long performance.

Who knew you could buy a house with an actual wine seller? Yes, you read that correctly there is someone who lives in the multi-million-pound house to sell you a large selection of wine as and when required. Bizarre concept but who to say it couldn’t be true?

Many of their mini-sketches are hilarious with a small amount of audience participation required only (with consent of course). Pay attention to the bin on the left-hand side of the stage as you never know who might or might not appear from it!

This comedy duo has the potential to be the “best thing since sliced…” in the comedy world don’t just take their word for it go and watch them and spend an hour of your fringe laughing along with the talented duo.
